The internet has grown quite a bit over the last two decades, but that doesn’t mean it has matured.

A guy with no Photoshop skills and the need for a picture to be edited had an idea: Ask the internet for help! So he posted, “Can someone photoshop the sun between my fingers?” Surely some professionals on there could help with such a simple task… Why not?

… And then the trolls came.

It’s now just over three years later and this guy’s unintended meme is still going strong with new versions being created all the time.

The lesson here? Be careful what you wish for; the trolls are listening.
